January to April 2006 Update
So we’ve covered 2005, and now that I finally launched this redesign yesterday, here’s what’s happened to me from January to April 2006.
My bosses bought me an Xbox 360 because I had a good couple of months at work. I still haven’t had the chance to play it properly, but Project Gotham Racing 360 is brilliant.
I’ve been promoted to Senior Web Producer/Team Leader at work, leading/teaching the two other Web Producers who are both older than me – a prospect I found a little daunting at first, but it’s been going really well – we are the most profitable/efficient team in the company!
Last Tuesday I took my ‘team’ out for our first production lunch, to a Chinese dim sum restaurant called Ping Pong in Bayswater. One of the directors was supposed to come with us, but was too busy, so it just ended up being the three of us.
At the end of February I moved in to a flat in Highbury & Islington with Mark and a life-long friend, John – we were born in the same hospital in London and grew up together in the Midlands. They’re both Feature Film Compositors.
More to come soon!

So nice to see you back on the blogging scene - the design is fantastic. At last - the link on my blog means something.

Ha, I thought that first comment was spam for a second, until I remembered the conversation with/about David yesterday…
So are you going to be updating every 4 months or what? I might even link to you if you can managed to do it with something approaching regularity
The weekend was great fun, sorry I had to leave relatively early and we didn’t get to play any 360 games though. I was looking forward to kicking ass at PDZ again

LOL You know, that was the only thing lacking in the weekend! Roland’s almost ritualistic Ass-kicking at games…
but we can always remedy that!!
I love this design… so easy to read.

It was really great to see all you guys on Saturday night. Chorna - glad you enjoyed the gifts!
Roland - You should come up to london more often! Hope the matress upstairs wasn’t too hard. David - I wanted to watch Interstella 5555!

Hi Britt!
Where’s that telephone call you promised me last year. My mobile number is still the same, but I’ll send over my new flat number sometime and you can speak to my hot English flatmates, too.

sorry bout the phone call…i kept chickening out, as i’m NO GOOD on the phone…seriously, i’m a horrible phone person.
but since you remembered i’ll try my best to call you soon.
